Is it for me?

What will I be taught?

Using our framework of principles, phenomenology and presence you will be taught how to run family constellations either in a group or individual format within your chosen area of interest using the seven-step constellations model. You will be supported to become comfortable with each step and encouraged to utilize the potential and avoid the pitfalls of each constellation.

You will be taught advanced constellations theory and practice including:

  • How to prepare yourself before facilitating a constellation
  • When not to set-up a constellation
  • How to recognize the signs that indicate that a group or 1:1 constellation would be preferable for a client.
  • What to do when a client brings an issue that is current or unresolved for you personally.
  • How to manage either personal feelings or personality traits so they support your facilitating.
  • How to move from a solution-focused to a transformational constellation.
  • How to work with a client following a constellation.
  • How to conduct yourself with professional ethics and integrity
  • A refresher on the core principles of working with individuals, couples, families and children, health, work and organizations.
